Return Policy
Before placing an order, please review our company policy below:
1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to variations in body shape and size (Sizing Chart is provided only as a general guide), and more importantly, being able to guarantee you
the customer are receiving unworn items, the Younique Boutique Online cannot return or exchange intimate or underwear garments. Please understand
this is to protect you, the customer, from previously worn items.
2 ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED FOR MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS
In the rare event that an item contains a latent defect, we will handle each on a case-by-case basis. Defects will be submitted through YOUnique
Boutique Online to the manufacturer for review, and does not guarantee award of Store Credit.
3 STORE CREDIT
In the event of an authorized return due to defect, only after inspection by the manufacturer, and authorization by YOUnique Boutique Online, the
total order amount will be awarded in the form of store credit, and shipping will be charged on future purchases to which credit applies.
4 TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS
- YOUnique Boutique Online is not responsible for items which have to be special ordered from the manufacturer that are
not received for a Holiday or Event. In the event that we do not have the item you request in our inventory, please place your order allowing enough
time for us to acquire it for you. We appreciate your understanding and patience due to sharp forces of supply and demand during these times.
