Return Policy
Before placing an order, please review our company policy below:
1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to variations in body shape and size (Sizing Chart is provided only as a general guide), and more importantly, being able to guarantee you
the customer are receiving unworn items, the Younique Boutique Online cannot return or exchange intimate or underwear garments. Please understand
this is to protect you, the customer, from previously worn items.
Any item not in our inventory at the time of your order will be special ordered from the manufacturer after payment has been verified and made before we make the special order from the manufacturer. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any item that is special ordered except in the event that the item is received in a defective state. If you receive any defective item, you must notify us of the defect within the week of receipt of the item, and we will issue you a Return Authorization. No items will be accepted by us without a proper Return Authorization. When we receive the defective item we will return it to the manufacturer requesting another item, and as soon as we receive the item we will ship said item to you.
2 ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED FOR MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS
In the rare event that an item contains a latent defect, we will handle each on a case-by-case basis. Defects will be submitted through YOUnique
Boutique Online to the manufacturer for review, and does not guarantee award of Store Credit.
3 STORE CREDIT
In the event of an authorized return due to defect, only after inspection by the manufacturer, and authorization by YOUnique Boutique Online, the
total order amount will be awarded in the form of store credit, and shipping will be charged on future purchases to which credit applies.
4 TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS
- YOUnique Boutique Online is not responsible for items which have to be special ordered from the manufacturer that arenot received for a Holiday or Event. In the event that we do not have the item you request in our inventory, please place your order allowing enough
time for us to acquire it for you. We appreciate your understanding and patience due to sharp forces of supply and demand during these times.
5 INVENTORY CLEARANCE AND SALE PRICES
At Inventory Clearance and Sale Prices we reserve the right to substitute colors when necessary.
